Facilitation Policy

My facilitation philosophy is anchored in my belief that we are all our own best healers and that through movement we can regulate our nervous systems.

My facilitation is trauma-informed, rooted in somatic awareness, and honors the pace of each individual's process. I draw from both ancient yogic traditions and modern breath science, integrating pranayama, psychotropic breathing, and nervous system education.

My purpose as a breathwork facilitator and yoga instructor is to create safe, grounded, and empowering spaces where you can reconnect with your inner intelligence, release stored tension, and access expanded states of clarity and calm.
